One-Day and Two-Day ID Clinics:

We are happy to roll the entire registration fee over and provide a credit for a guaranteed spot in any future clinic of your choice if you have to cancel for any reason.  Refunds will not be considered within 14 days of the Clinic unless you provide Doctor’s written confirmation of Injury or Illness in which case a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refund.  Refund requests outside of 14 days prior to the Clinic will be processed with a $50 administrative fee deducted from refund, unless you provide Doctor’s written confirmation of injury or illness in which case a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from refund.

Additional Insurance Available:

Please note during the registration process you will be provided the option of purchasing 3rd party Camp Insurance through Allianz.  This Camp Protector coverage is offered at a very nominal fee and covers 100% of camp registration fees for a covered camp cancellation or interruption up to $10,000.  Overnight Camp Protector will also cover losses caused by travel delays (up to $500 with a daily limit of $150), medical or dental emergencies (up to $10,000), emergency medical transportation (up to $50,000), baggage loss (up to $500), replacement of essential items when baggage is delayed 24 hours or more (up to $200) and includes 24/7 assistance. Allianz Global Assistance will manage all customer service and claims activity for Camp Protector policy holders and is available 24/7 to answer questions or help solve problems.  ShackfordSoccerCamps does not administer this insurance in any way, and if you choose to purchase it, all claims dealings and resolutions will be conducted solely with Allianz and not Future Tribe Soccer.
